More challenging mountain bike tour from the Gitschtal, over the Kreuzberg, to the Weissensee

Suggestion

Approved for MTB riders - unless otherwise specified - during the following period:
- May 1 - August 31, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and September 1 - October 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Another option would be to continue the ride to Techendorf at the Weissensee.

Equipment

Helmet mandatory!!!!!!!
Proper clothing: Adjust your clothing not only to the current weather conditions. Also pack warm clothing, a spare jersey, and rain protection even in summer, especially in the pre- and post-season.
Emergency equipment: first aid kit, repair kit (spare tube, pump, tools), map, mobile phone, and possibly GPS
WARNING: Reception is not guaranteed everywhere in the mountains!
Take enough to drink with you and plan a stop in good time

Arrival by car:

Coming from Hermagor, drive via the B86 (Gitschtal federal road) to Weißbriach.

From Greifenburg or Weissensee - via the B87 Weissensee road - to Weißbriach.
