  • For the return trip from Weidenburg to Kötschach-Mauthen, as an option to the route depicted by the track, there is also the possibility to take a bus from Weidenburg or St. Daniel, or you can casually walk back along the idyllic river landscape of the Gail.

From Hermagor via the B111 (Gailtal Road) or from Oberdrauburg via the B110 (Plöckenpass Road) to Kötschach-Mauthen.
