The tavern Mühlenstüberl in Obergail is a traditional and popular excursion local with a wellintegrated water mill in the valley Lesachtal.

Apart of an international menu we are offering the guests delicious plates from our valley under the title „Morenden-the farmers meal“. We want to cosset you culinary from the typical Schlipfkrapfen (big ravioli stuffed with mashed potatoes and herbs), Frigga, Polenta and speck dumplings to our daily menu. Furthermore our beautiful garden is inviting you to take a coffee and even a peace of homemade cakes or tortes. We are organising even individual (family) celebrations on your desire. For the children there is a great play area in the outside. From our restaurant you can make even small trips on food like for example to the alp Steineckenalm (30 minutes), to the mythcamp for children (20 minutes), to the waterfall (40 minutes) or even to our alpine pastures with an idyllic lake.
