Walk duration there and back about 7 hours = 14 points

On foot: Start at the tavern “Baeckwirt” and walk to Gail River and then upwards to the road, turn right and continue along the road to Raut. By car: At the border to East Tyrol (double-wheeled mill) branch off the main road towards Raut, park there. Hike along trail No. 30 (455) which crosses the forest trail several times. At 1.700 m you reach the Gossenwiesen (some cattle sheds). The track passes below mount Schwalbenkofel and leads to two hay huts – walk duration about 2 hours. From there you’ll reach mount Schulterhöhe in about one hour (control stamp at the cross). The hike across Schulterköpfe to Zererhöhe and on to Luggauer Böden is recommended only for sure-footed and very fit alpinists. Walk duration from Schulterhöhe across mount Steinkarspitze (2.524 m) to Luggauer Törl about 2 hours; from there the descent via Luggauer Böden – Ebnertal valley – Maria Luggau takes about 3 hours.
