The "Grenzenenzlandloipe"

The “Grenzlandloipe” Nordic trail connecting Carinthia with East Tyrol in Lesachtal valley leads along Gail river from St. Lorenzen in the east to Hollbruck in the west. The over 60 km long Nordic trail connects the villages with the Biathlon Centre and offers tracks for classic and for skating style. Thanks to the altitude of 1200 to 1500 m above sea level it ranks among the most snow-reliable trails in Carinthia and Tyrol. Parts of it are equipped with a snow-making system and open in mid-November.
